How to Participate

2. The Closing Date for entry into the prize draw and to claim the free day gym pass for two* and 50% Heaven V beauty treatments discount for this promotion is 11 February 2008
3. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, or fail to reach the promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason
4. Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 and over except for employees and their families of the promoter and Virgin Active, its advisers and agents and others connected with the organisation of this promotion
5. Participants must have access to the Internet to enter the prize draw
   Entry is limited to one per person and is subject to availability of promotional packs and availability of appointments at participating Virgin Active Health Clubs
6. Gym passes and runners up prizes are subject to satisfactory completion of medical questionnaire and valid photographic proof of ID
7. Proof of Purchase in the form of the on-pack coupon will be required when attending a participating Virgin Active Health Club to redeem the free day gym pass for two* and 50% Heaven V beauty treatments discount. 

*Virgin Active members are excluded from claiming either the free day gym pass for two or the annual gym membership (whether as First Prize or runner up prize).

9. The Runner's up prizes of annual gym memberships will commence on 1st March 2008 and run until 28 February 2009
10. The first prize 'a fresh new you' must be taken by 31 May 2008
11. The winners will be the first entries to be selected at random under independent supervision on 12 February 2008
12. The winners will be notified by telephone within three days of being successful
13. Winners' names and counties will be available from www.asfreshasitgets.co.uk from 16 February 2008.
14. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity
